PERSONNEL SERVICES COORDINATOR

The Catholic School Office of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany, serving over 5,000 students in 22 schools from Prekindergarten to grade 12, is seeking candidates for the position of Personnel Services Coordinator.
The successful candidate serves as a resource to the Catholic Schools, fulfilling the needs of the schools and of the Catholic School Office in regard to all aspects of employment (employee relations and policies, benefits program management, and recruitment), as well as other functions of human resources. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least three (3) years related experience or training, preferably in the non-profit or education field.
